The SKYPE Gateway allows the flexibility of the SKYPE call being treated like a
normal business line or Phone Line. This means calls that come in via the Skype Gateway will ring on the Operators Console or answered by the PBX Auto Attendant and then be transferred to different extensions, just like a normal call.

Extensions can access the SKYPE line in the PBX and by using a list of “Short Codes” dial any SKYPE contact on the connected PC’s SKYPE phone book.

The SKYPE Gateway is ideal for any organization who deals with other Businesses overseas that use SKYPE and is also ideal for Company's with staff who travel around the country or overseas and need a quick and easy way to communicate to their company from any SKYPE account access.

The Gateway is easy to install into any existing PBX, just connect to the PBX through a spare CO line port, connect and install the SKYPE Gateway software into the computer, setup contacts with short codes to dial out and your up and running.
