The system provides the options of external interfaces to PSTN, ISDN (BRI, PRI), E1/T1,DID, E&M, VoIP and GSM, along with feature-packed digital keyphones, VoIP Extensions and traditional analog and wireless-handsets.
The system has the unique ability of expanding from small to larger sized business with configuration sizes starting as small as 4 lines by 8 stations, the GDS series expands to a maximum of to 1280 stations. The Key point of the GDS is its flexibility in meeting your business needs, weather this is a Multi Site VoIP Solution, Hospitality, School, Serviced Office, Call Centre, GSM Switching, etc the TDS has the flexibility and ability to offer a solution that best suits your needs.

Hospitality | The system offers a fully functional and thoughtfully designed “Hospitality Solution” for Motels and Hotels with between 10-1200 rooms. With its multiple integrated systems means you can say “Goodbye” to training headaches and servicing various equipment types and say “Hello” to a solution that incorporates your desired mix of administrative and Guests telephones, options of Auto Attendant, Room Voice Mail, Front Desk Operations, PMS Integration, Guest Services, Emergency Functionality, Call Accounting and Much More. |
Integrated Voice Card | All systems can be equipped with an optional in-skin Voice Multi-Service card will add the following valuable voice service features. |
Auto Attendant Automated | Attendant to answer up to 6 in-coming calls simultaneously. The Auto Attendant offers Multiple dial options with Script Menu, off switch transfer and messaging options |
Voice Mail | Every station has a dedicated voice mail box to let callers leave messages when the attendant is busy or away from the desk. The Virtual Mail Boxes offers features, such as group mail box, selective product promotion announcement, etc. |
Conference Rooms | There are up to 5 conference rooms, each room has maximum 8 participants. Total 16 participants could be conferenced in at the same time. |
Answering Machine Feature | Listen to caller leaving a message in your mailbox and answer the call by just lifting the handset. |

Customer Care Programming – Customers and service personnel can easily communicate and perform programming right over the telephone. Hybrex telephone systems allow programming and voice conversations to be performed at the same time.
